Prologue

1 Macroeconomics in October

1.1 Weak Operation of Global Manufacturing Industry

In October, the global manufacturing industry continued to operate weakly. Except for China, the European Union, represented by the United States, Japan, South Korea, Germany, and France, is still below the balance line of prosperity and decline. It is worth noting that the effectiveness of China's macroeconomic policy regulation continues to be evident, and the momentum of economic growth is steadily strengthening. Looking ahead to the end of the year, major countries' monetary policies will continue to strengthen, and the global economy is expected to recover positively under the Federal Reserve's interest rate cuts.
