This Policy applies to the products and service provided by MogulTech on websites, clients and in a new formats resulting from technical developments.
"Affiliate" refers to Shenzhen Huaqiang Electronic Network Group Limited or any other enterprise it directly or indirectly controls. "Control" refers to the ability to directly or indirectly influence the management of the said company, whether via ownership, voting shares, contracts or other methods recognized by the People's Court.
II. Collection and Use of Information
Personal information is the information related to an identified or identifiable natural person recorded electronically or in other ways, excluding anonymized information. (I) Sharing

If we share your sensitive personal information or any affiliate changes the purpose of using and processing the information, we will request further authorization from you.
(II) Transfer
We will not transfer your information to any entity except:

2. where we need to transfer your personal information due to merger, division, dissolution or bankruptcy, in which case we will inform you of the name or contact of our successor. The successor will continue to comply with this Policy and other legal obligations. If the successor changes the original processing purpose or method, the successor will have your consent again.

You may contact our Customer Service to read, correct, supplement, delete, change the authorized scope of or revoke the authorization of your personal information in the manner as set forth in Article 9 of this Privacy Policy, and we will issue a reply within 15 business days.
After you delete or we assist you in deleting relevant information, we may not delete the information from the backup immediately due to applicable laws and security technology restrictions. We will store your information securely and restrict further access to your information until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.
To protect your account and personal information, we may respond to your request only after verifying your identity (by verifying your account further, requiring you to provide a written request or in other reasonable means). We may reject requests that are impractical, not directly relevant to your identity, or repeated without justifiable reasons, require excessive technical means (e.g., developing a new system or fundamentally change existing practices) or pose a risk to the legal rights and interests of others.
V. Information Storage
(1) Place of storage
We will only store your personal information collected within the People's Republic of China according to relevant laws and regulations. Currently, we do not store your personal information in any jurisdiction other than China, nor provide your personal information to any overseas recipients.
(2) Period of storage
We will only retain your personal information for a period required to achieve the purpose as set forth in this Policy unless otherwise required, for example, by the Electronic Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China, according to which the information of goods, services and transactions shall be retained for a period of at least three years from the date of completion of the relevant transaction. After the period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information. If our services or operations are terminated, we will inform you at least 30 days in advance, and delete or anonymize your personal information upon termination.
VI. Information Protection
1. We have taken reasonable and feasible measures in line with industrial standards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss. We will take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of information. For example, we will employ encryption technology (e.g. SSL), anonymization and other means to protect your personal information.
